“GEORGIEV, ROUSSINOV AND CO.” is a lawyer partnership established in 1999 by a group of lawyers with extensive expertise in the areas of civil law, corporate law, administrative law, tax law, with some of them having joined us after a longtime experience in the judiciary system, big law firms and consultancy companies.

We provide legal counselling to Bulgarian and foreign natural and legal entities in all major areas of law related to economy. We provide professional and reliable legal protection before the Bulgarian courts and administrative bodies.

We work in cooperation with leading attorneys with established practices in the towns of Plovdiv, Varna, Rousse, Bourgas, Dobrich, Vratza.

We provide legal advice to government bodies on the compliance of draft changes in the legislation with the European law. Our partners have participated in a number of work groups with the Ministry of Justice for drafting legislative projects on corporate and administrative law matters with the support of the European Commission, the UN and the American Bar Association.
