Our standard fees are based on the qualification, specialization, professional experience and practice of the attorneys in charge with providing the respective legal service. Currently the fees include hourly payment coming up to 90 EUR per hour per associate and hourly payment coming up to 120 EUR per hour per partner.

In case of respectively constant and steady amount of legal services needed by a certain client, and provided this is the client’s wish, a monthly payment can be negotiated.

The fees for legal representation are negotiated based on the Regulation of the Supreme Judicial Council, and are normally calculated as percentage of the material interest of the case. Whenever we start working for a new client, a retainer fee is normally negotiated, depending on the nature of the case and the expected amount of work.
