1. Preparation of draft agreements, petitions, claims, appeals as well as drafting of corporate documents and providing advice on various corporate matters, including creation and reorganisation of companies, general meetings of shareholders, transfer of assets and increase of the registered capital by way of in kind contributions;
2. Participation in negotiations, communication, including establishment of  business relations with different type of clients;
3. Providing legal assistance with respect to administrative procedures, court procedures, etc.
4. Participation in due diligence
